The Marsh was born from a lifelong love of food and community. Owner Omar Laroussi's passion for the restaurant industry started at just 17, working as a server on the South Shore. Though he originally set out to pursue medicine, the pull of the kitchen proved stronger.
Today, The Marsh is a South Shore staple — a from-scratch kitchen where every dish honors fresh, local ingredients and the time-honored tradition of coal-fired cooking. We partner with local vendors and producers to bring the best of the region to your plate.
